When you submit a quote request form, we collect your full name, phone number, city, the service you're interested in, and an optional message. We do not require an email address or payment details through this website. In addition, when you click a WhatsApp button on this site, we receive a notification that includes the page you were on, how you reached the site (for example search, an ad, or a direct visit), your device and browser type, browser language, IP address, and approximate location. This does not identify you by name.
How We Use It
This information is used to contact you about your enquiry and provide a quote, and to understand how our website and advertising perform. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our Monitoring Partner
If you proceed with a monitored alarm service, relevant contact details may be shared with our monitoring partner, Team3, solely to set up and operate that service.
Retention
We retain enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to your request and, if you become a customer, for the duration of our business relationship plus any period required by law.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for basic functionality (such as keeping your session and securing forms), and Google Analytics to measure site usage and advertising effectiveness. Google may store cookies on your device and process this data under its own privacy policy. The site also uses Microsoft Clarity, a Microsoft service that records how visitors use the pages (clicks, scrolling and screen recordings) so we can improve the site. What you type into form fields is not recorded, and Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement.The site also uses temporary browser storage to recognize how you arrived. While an offer is running, a pop-up may appear at most once every 7 days, and the site remembers this in your browser so it does not show it again.
