A security system works quietly for years, which is exactly why problems go unnoticed. Most of them are small, and easy to fix when someone is looking.
Dirty or shifted cameras
Dust, spiders and weather cloud the lens, and cameras drift out of position over time. A clean and a quick re-aim keeps the picture useful.
Disks wear out
Recording disks run around the clock and can fail without warning. A health check finds the problem before you discover the footage is missing.
Batteries run down
Alarm batteries lose capacity with time. Replacing the small ones before they fail keeps the alarm working through a power cut.
Small things add up
A loose bracket or a half-connected cable takes minutes to fix during a visit, and is a headache once it becomes a failure.
What Each Visit Includes
A maintenance year means 2 visits, about every six months. At each visit we take care of:
- Camera cleaning
- Recording disk health check
- Replacement of basic small alarm batteries, if needed
- Small repairs: tightening, re-aiming, and reconnecting

- Additional parts and equipment replacement are not included and are priced separately.
